Stuffed Tofu Soup with Prawns
Ingredients
- 6 pieces of tofu
- 350 grams minced shrimp
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons sago flour
- 1 tablespoon FiberCreme
- 1 egg white
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Salt, pepper, and mushroom seasoning to taste
- Garlic oil
- Water as needed
Preparation
In a bowl, mix minced shrimp, minced garlic, sago flour, FiberCreme, egg white, sesame oil, and sliced green onion, then season with a little salt, pepper, and mushroom seasoning.
Mix well.
Cut the tofu into quarters but do not cut through one side to create a pocket.
Stuff the shrimp mixture into the cut side of each tofu piece until all are filled.
Boil water as needed, then add carrot pieces and the stuffed tofu.
Season with a little salt, pepper, and mushroom seasoning.
Cook until done, sprinkle with garlic oil, and serve warm.
Tips
Adding FiberCreme makes the dish creamier and more flavorful.
