Eggless Mango Tiramisu Dessert
Ingredients
- 3 medium mangoes, thinly sliced
- 250g mascarpone cheese
- 300ml heavy cream
- 4 tbsp sugar
- 1 ripe mango, pureed
- 250g ladyfingers biscuits
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 cup mango nectar
Preparation
Line a round cake ring.
Whisk cream until thickened, then add sugar and vanilla extract.
Add mascarpone cheese and whisk until combined.
Dip biscuits in mango nectar and arrange in the pan.
Spread half of the cream-cheese mixture over the biscuits.
Top with mango slices.
Repeat layers: biscuits dipped in nectar, cream-cheese mixture, and mango slices.
Refrigerate overnight.
Remove the pan sides and serve chilled mangomisu.
