Italian-Style Oven Roasted Lamb
Ingredients
- 500 g baby lamb meat
Marinade
- 10 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 inch ginger, minced
- 1 tsp white pepper
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 2 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp honey
- 10 tbsp olive oil or vegetable oil
Seasoning
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1 tsp thyme
- 3 bay leaves
Preparation
Pierce the meat with a fork and mix with the marinade, then marinate for about 30 minutes in the freezer.
Arrange the marinated meat on a baking tray lined with aluminum foil, pour the remaining marinade over it, and sprinkle with the seasoning.
Cover the tray tightly with aluminum foil and bake for about 1 hour at medium heat until cooked and tender.
If the meat is tender, bake again with top heat until dry and golden brown.
Serve with rice, potatoes, or vegetables.
