Ingredients

- Passata
- Red onion

- Tricolour quinoa
Preparation
Cook the quinoa according to package directions.
Sauté chopped red onion and garlic in a pan until softened.
Add passata, sea salt, pepper, mixed herbs, and fresh basil; simmer for about 10 minutes.
Heat the meat-free meatballs as per package instructions.
Serve the meatballs in the sauce with the cooked quinoa.
