Simple Tuna Aglio Olio Pasta
Ingredients
- 2 cloves garlic
- Tuna (as needed)
- Spaghetti
- Fresh parsley (as needed)
- Salt
- Ground black pepper
- Onion powder
- Chili powder
- Olive oil
Preparation
Fry garlic briefly until golden brown, then set aside.
Boil spaghetti with a little olive oil to prevent sticking and a little salt for flavor until cooked, then drain and rinse with cold water to make it chewy (al dente), and set aside.
Add olive oil depending on the amount of spaghetti, then sauté tuna, add spaghetti and fried garlic, add seasonings and parsley, mix well, taste test, and serve.
