Fresh Guacamole with Tomatoes and Lime
Ingredients
- 250g avocado (2 avocados)
- 50g cherry tomatoes, chopped
- 25g red onion, minced
- 10g coriander, chopped
- 10g extra virgin olive oil
- 2.5g maldon sea salt
- Juice of 2 limes
Preparation
Remove the flesh from the avocados and mash with a fork
Squeeze some lime juice directly onto the avocados to slow down oxidation
Add all your ingredients and mix well
Season to taste, especially with lime juice
Serve as a dip or on toast
