Simple Five-Ingredient Vegan Quesadilla

Ingredients

  • 1 whole grain wrap
  • 4 tbsp of beans or vegetarian refried beans
  • 2 tbsp of vegan cheese
  • 1/4 cup of sautéed kale or spinach or arugula
  • 1-2 tsp of hot sauce

Preparation

  1. Lay one whole grain wrap or tortilla in a skillet.

  2. On one half of the wrap, spread out your beans then layer with cheese and greens.

  3. Splash on some hot sauce.

  4. Fold the other half of the tortilla over and cook, flipping once, until golden, 3 minutes per side.
