Grain-Free Bagel Sandwich with Egg and Avocado
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- Tomatoes
- Basil
- Ghee
- 2 slices Applegate uncured bacon
- 1/2 avocado
- Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning
- 1 barelybread onion garlic sea salt bagel
Preparation
Toast the bagel.
Slice the avocado.
Sauté the tomatoes with basil.
Sauté the egg in ghee.
Assemble all ingredients into a bagel sandwich, adding seasoning to avocado as desired.
