Grain-Free Bagel Sandwich with Egg and Avocado

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • Tomatoes
  • Basil
  • Ghee
  • 2 slices Applegate uncured bacon
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Trader Joe's everything but the bagel seasoning
  • 1 barelybread onion garlic sea salt bagel

Preparation

  1. Toast the bagel.

  2. Slice the avocado.

  3. Sauté the tomatoes with basil.

  4. Sauté the egg in ghee.

  5. Assemble all ingredients into a bagel sandwich, adding seasoning to avocado as desired.
