Grain-Free Protein-Packed Savory Pancakes

Ingredients

  • Doubled grain free pancake mix
  • 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
  • 1 egg
  • Tomatoes
  • Feta cheese
  • 1/2 avocado
  • Ghee
  • Red pepper flakes

Preparation

  1. Mix the doubled grain free pancake mix with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder and cook the pancakes.

  2. Fry 1 egg in ghee until crispy.

  3. Sauté tomatoes in ghee and add feta cheese.

  4. Slice 1/2 avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.

  5. Reheat the pancakes in a toaster and assemble all components on a plate for serving.
