Grain-Free Protein-Packed Savory Pancakes
Ingredients
- Doubled grain free pancake mix
- 2 scoops vanilla protein powder
- 1 egg
- Tomatoes
- Feta cheese
- 1/2 avocado
- Ghee
- Red pepper flakes
Preparation
Mix the doubled grain free pancake mix with 2 scoops of vanilla protein powder and cook the pancakes.
Fry 1 egg in ghee until crispy.
Sauté tomatoes in ghee and add feta cheese.
Slice 1/2 avocado and sprinkle with red pepper flakes.
