Energizing Breakfast Bowl with Quinoa and Greens
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- ghee
- Brussels sprouts
- blackberries
- 1/2 avocado
- everything but the bagel seasoning
- quinoa
- tomatoes
Preparation
Roast Brussels sprouts at 400F for 40 minutes.
Fry the egg in ghee.
Assemble the bowl with prepped quinoa, blackberries, seasoned avocado, and tomatoes.
For quicker preparation, boil eggs in advance to have them ready.
