Pink Chia and Granola Bowl
Ingredients
- 200 ml vegan yoghurt
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp pink pitaya powder
- pinch of vanilla powder
Toppings
- Strawberry, raspberry and coconut granola
- Fresh raspberries
- Fresh strawberries
- Lilac flowers
Preparation
Stir the chia pudding ingredients together and place in the fridge overnight.
Top with granola, fresh raspberries, strawberries, and lilac flowers before serving.
Tips
Edible flowers like lilacs add a beautiful color and subtle flavor to the bowl.
