Simple Banana Protein Pancakes
Ingredients
- 1 banana
- 1 scoop banana whey protein
- 2 tablespoons egg whites
- 1 egg
Optional toppings
- Greek yogurt
- jimjams spread
- walden farms syrup
- fruit
- chocolate balls
Preparation
Mash the banana in a bowl.
Add the banana whey protein, egg whites, and egg; mix until well combined to form a batter.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
Pour portions of the batter onto the skillet and cook until bubbles form on the surface, then flip and cook the other side until golden brown.
Top with Greek yogurt mixed with syrup, fruit, and chocolate balls as desired.
