Twix Mahalabia Pudding Dessert
Ingredients
- 2 Twix chocolate bars
- 4 cups milk
- 10 tablespoons starch
- 1 tablespoon rose water
Garnish
- Cocoa powder
- Galaxy chocolate (for melting)
Preparation
In a saucepan, place the milk, starch, and rose water. Using a hand whisk, stir gently to dissolve the starch.
Place the saucepan on the heat and, using a spoon, stir gently and continuously until the mixture thickens.
Pour the pudding into molds, cups, or serving dishes.
Cut the Twix chocolate into several pieces as desired using a knife.
Place several pieces of Twix chocolate in the center of the pudding, pressing lightly so they sink in.
Refrigerate the pudding for several hours to set and enhance the flavor.
Invert the pudding molds onto a serving plate, drizzle with melted Galaxy chocolate, sprinkle with cocoa powder, and serve.
