Miso Marinated Tofu with Rice and Air-Fried Broccoli
Ingredients
- Organic pressed tofu
- White miso paste
- Soy sauce
- Vegetable oil
- Broccoli
- Basmati rice
- Peas
- Hoisin sauce

Preparation
Marinate the organic pressed tofu in white miso and soy sauce.
Pan fry the tofu with a dash of oil until cooked.
Coat broccoli in a little oil and soy sauce, then air fry until crispy.
Boil basmati rice and add peas until cooked.
