Chocolate Chip Cookie

Ingredients

  • 2 cups rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 2 teaspoons cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 2 cups dairy-free milk
  • 1/3 cup crunchy nut butter
  • 1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips

Preparation

  1. Simply preheat your oven to 180C and coat a medium or small pie dish with your chosen oil, we recommend coconut! Firstly, prepare your flax egg, and whilst waiting for your flaxseeds to absorb the water, in a separate bowl mix your oats, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds together

  2. Once combined, add in your flax egg, followed by your chosen dairy-free milk and nut butter, and mix well

  3. Fold in your vegan chocolate chips
