Chocolate Chip Cookie
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats (gluten free if needed)
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups dairy-free milk
- 1/3 cup crunchy nut butter
- 1/2 cup mini vegan chocolate chips
Preparation
Simply preheat your oven to 180C and coat a medium or small pie dish with your chosen oil, we recommend coconut! Firstly, prepare your flax egg, and whilst waiting for your flaxseeds to absorb the water, in a separate bowl mix your oats, cinnamon, salt, and chia seeds together
Once combined, add in your flax egg, followed by your chosen dairy-free milk and nut butter, and mix well
Fold in your vegan chocolate chips
Add your mixture into the baking dish, and bake this beauty for 25-30 minutes! Allow this to cool, and your
