Delicious Collagen Infused Chocolate Brownies
Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/3 cup cocoa powder
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 8 medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea water) but can also sub with milk or water!
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 2 scoops @ancientnutrition chocolate collagen
Preparation
Preheat oven to 350ºF and add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor.
Blend together until you reach a thick gooey consistency.
Fold in your chocolate chips and pour batter into a square pan lined with parchment paper.
Bake for 30-35 minutes depending on how fudgy you like your brownies.
Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack, or if you're impatient, eat one before they cool completely for a warm and gooey texture.
