Delicious Collagen Infused Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 8 medjool dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup aquafaba (chickpea water) but can also sub with milk or water!
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 scoops @ancientnutrition chocolate collagen

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 350ºF and add all the ingredients except chocolate chips into a food processor.

  2. Blend together until you reach a thick gooey consistency.

  3. Fold in your chocolate chips and pour batter into a square pan lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake for 30-35 minutes depending on how fudgy you like your brownies.

  5. Allow brownies to cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a cooling rack, or if you're impatient, eat one before they cool completely for a warm and gooey texture.
