Delicious Moist Vegan Mango Cake in Cooker
Ingredients
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 cup mango puree
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 cup sugar
Preparation
Mix the wet ingredients with the dry ingredients and whisk until smooth batter texture.
Grease a thick vessel with butter, add the cake batter, move the vessel to the pressure cooker, remove the gasket and weight, and place the lid.
Bake on low flame for 30 minutes.
