Simple Condensed Milk Cake
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 100g sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
Frosting
- 70g white chocolate
- heavy cream
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180Β°C.
Grease a round baking pan, about 26 cm in diameter.
In a bowl, beat the eggs, sugar, sweetened condensed milk, oil, and milk.
Add the flour and baking powder. Mix until the batter is homogeneous.
Pour the batter into the greased pan and bake for approximately 45 minutes. Check with a toothpick for doneness.
Frosting
Melt the white chocolate.
Mix with heavy cream until smooth and fluid. Adjust consistency by adding more chocolate or cream as desired.
