Easy Fluffy Cheese Bread
Ingredients
- 1 cup warm water
- 1 packet yeast
- 4 tablespoons sugar
- 2 tablespoons condensed milk
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 egg, slightly beaten
- grated cheese
- melted butter
Preparation
Mix the ingredients marked with an asterisk until foamy or risen
Add egg and stir well
Add flour and butter, knead well
The dough should be soft, no need to add more flour
Let the dough rest until it rises, about 40 minutes, covered with a damp cloth
Lightly grease hands with butter to prevent sticking, then punch down the risen dough and knead briefly
Shape dough into balls and let rest until risen, about 25 minutes
Brush with melted butter, sprinkle with cheese and sugar, then bake for 20 minutes at 160°C or until done
Remove the baked bread and brush again with butter for shine
