Easy and Tasty Homemade Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups warm water (requeijΓ£o cup measure)
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil (requeijΓ£o cup measure)
- 1 kg all-purpose flour
- 50 grams baker's yeast
Preparation
Mix the yeast and warm water, and set aside
In a blender, blend the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and the water with yeast for a few minutes
Pour the mixture and gradually add the flour, mixing by hand until the dough pulls away from the hands, then let rise for 1 hour
Divide the dough into portions and shape the breads, then let rise again for 40 minutes
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 30 minutes
