Easy and Tasty Homemade Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups warm water (requeijΓ£o cup measure)
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oil (requeijΓ£o cup measure)
  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 50 grams baker's yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix the yeast and warm water, and set aside

  2. In a blender, blend the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and the water with yeast for a few minutes

  3. Pour the mixture and gradually add the flour, mixing by hand until the dough pulls away from the hands, then let rise for 1 hour

  4. Divide the dough into portions and shape the breads, then let rise again for 40 minutes

  5. Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for 30 minutes
