Classic Homemade Yeast Bread
Ingredients
- 2 1/2 cups warm water
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 egg
- 1 cup oil
- 1 kg all-purpose flour
- 50 grams fresh baker's yeast
Preparation
Mix the baker's yeast into the warm water.
Place the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and the water with yeast into a blender and blend for a few minutes.
Pour the mixture into a large bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing by hand until the dough does not stick to your hands.
Let the dough rise for 1 hour.
Divide the dough into portions and shape into rolls.
Let the rolls rise again for 40 minutes.
Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for about 30 minutes.
