Classic Homemade Yeast Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 1/2 cups warm water
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1 cup oil
  • 1 kg all-purpose flour
  • 50 grams fresh baker's yeast

Preparation

  1. Mix the baker's yeast into the warm water.

  2. Place the sugar, oil, salt, egg, and the water with yeast into a blender and blend for a few minutes.

  3. Pour the mixture into a large bowl and gradually add the flour, mixing by hand until the dough does not stick to your hands.

  4. Let the dough rise for 1 hour.

  5. Divide the dough into portions and shape into rolls.

  6. Let the rolls rise again for 40 minutes.

  7. Bake at 375Β°F (190Β°C) for about 30 minutes.
