Kofta Roll with Eggs
Ingredients
- 1 kg ready-made kofta
- 1/2 cup fine breadcrumbs
- 5 hard-boiled eggs
Preparation
Preheat the oven to 200°C and prepare a wide baking tray.
Place the kofta and breadcrumbs in a bowl and mix well.
Peel the eggs.
Place a large piece of aluminum foil in front of you, put the kofta meat on the foil, and press it with your fingertips to form a rectangle about 1 cm thick.
Place the eggs side by side in a line in the middle of the kofta rectangle, then roll the kofta into a roll with the aluminum foil, seal the roll tightly, make several holes in the foil, and place it in the tray.
Put it in the oven for 30-40 minutes until the kofta is cooked.
Remove the roll from the oven and let it sit aside for a few minutes to cool and for the meat fibers to set.
Remove the aluminum foil and cut the kofta roll into slices, then serve it warm or at room temperature.
