Mini Vegan Peach Crisps

Ingredients

  • 2 Prima Peaches
  • 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 2 tbsp applesauce

Preparation

  1. Slice the peaches.

  2. Add them to 2 small greased ramekins.

  3. Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar and cinnamon.

  4. Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.

  5. In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, 2 tablespoons coconut sugar, and applesauce until a crumble forms.

  6. Remove the peaches from the oven, sprinkle the mixture on top, and bake for 7-8 more minutes.

  7. Remove from the oven and add yogurt, ice cream, whipped cream, or similar toppings.
