Mini Vegan Peach Crisps
Ingredients
- 2 Prima Peaches
- 2 1/2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp applesauce
Preparation
Slice the peaches.
Add them to 2 small greased ramekins.
Sprinkle with 1/2 tablespoon coconut sugar and cinnamon.
Bake at 400°F for 20 minutes.
In a bowl, mix together the almond flour, 2 tablespoons coconut sugar, and applesauce until a crumble forms.
Remove the peaches from the oven, sprinkle the mixture on top, and bake for 7-8 more minutes.
Remove from the oven and add yogurt, ice cream, whipped cream, or similar toppings.
