No-Banana Baked Oats with Peach
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup oats
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 ripe peach or small peach purée pouch
- Raspberries
Preparation
Discard the stone from the peach and roughly chop the flesh. Purée in a blender and add to a microwave-safe bowl.
Add the oats, egg, and milk. Mix well.
Top with the raspberries.
Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Check every minute or two until cooked through.
Serving suggestions
To serve, eat straight out of the bowl or cut into bite-size pieces after cooling for a few minutes. This portion is suitable for two toddlers and can be served with yogurt.
