No-Banana Baked Oats with Peach

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup oats
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 ripe peach or small peach purée pouch
  • Raspberries

Preparation

  1. Discard the stone from the peach and roughly chop the flesh. Purée in a blender and add to a microwave-safe bowl.

  2. Add the oats, egg, and milk. Mix well.

  3. Top with the raspberries.

  4. Microwave for 3-4 minutes. Check every minute or two until cooked through.

Serving suggestions

  1. To serve, eat straight out of the bowl or cut into bite-size pieces after cooling for a few minutes. This portion is suitable for two toddlers and can be served with yogurt.
