Noodle Pizza with Bolognese Topping

Ingredients

Noodle base

  • 2 packs instant noodles
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 stalk green onion
  • 1/4 onion

Bolognese topping

  • 150 grams ground meat
  • 1/4 onion
  • 150 grams bolognese sauce
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 200 ml water
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon margarine

Additional toppings

  • 100-150 grams mozzarella cheese
  • parsley to taste
  • cherry tomatoes to taste
  • onion to taste

Preparation

  1. Heat the oven and grease a 24 cm pizza pan with margarine. Set aside.

  2. Boil the instant noodles until half-cooked, drain them. Mix with eggs, green onion, onion, and Indomie seasoning, using the seasoning sparingly to avoid being too salty.

  3. Bake the noodle mixture in the oven with top and bottom heat until cooked, while preparing the bolognese sauce.

  4. Sauté onion until fragrant, add ground meat and sauté until it changes color. Add instant bolognese sauce, water, pepper, salt, and cornstarch mixture. Cook until the sauce thickens, then turn off the heat.

  5. After baking, remove the noodle pizza from the oven. Pour the bolognese sauce over it, sprinkle with grated mozzarella cheese, chopped parsley, and arrange cherry tomatoes and onion slices on top.

  6. Bake again with top heat until the cheese melts and tomatoes wilt. Remove from oven and serve.
