Okami Bio Chia Cookies
Ingredients
- 50g panela
- 150g buckwheat flour
- 50g oats
- 150g vegan butter
- 3 tablespoons chia seeds
- 10 tablespoons water
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks
Preparation
Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 5 minutes to form a gel.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl.
Form the mixture into cookie shapes and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
