Okami Bio Chia Cookies

Ingredients

  • 50g panela
  • 150g buckwheat flour
  • 50g oats
  • 150g vegan butter
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 10 tablespoons water
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate chunks

Preparation

  1. Mix chia seeds with water and let sit for 5 minutes to form a gel.

  2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl.

  3. Form the mixture into cookie shapes and arrange on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  4. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for 15 to 20 minutes.
