Olive and Rosemary Bread
Ingredients
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 3 teaspoons instant yeast
- Pinch of salt
- 1.5 cups warm water (can be increased until dough doesn't stick)
- Green olives as desired
- Dried tomatoes, chopped small, as desired
- 3 sprigs rosemary or savory
Preparation
Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rise for 15 minutes to 1 hour
Place the dough in a greased or parchment-lined bread pan
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes
Cut after cooling and enjoy
Tips
You can freeze the bread and reheat it in a hot pan with a sprinkle of water
