Olive and Rosemary Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 3 teaspoons instant yeast
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1.5 cups warm water (can be increased until dough doesn't stick)
  • Green olives as desired
  • Dried tomatoes, chopped small, as desired
  • 3 sprigs rosemary or savory

Preparation

  1. Mix all the ingredients and let the dough rise for 15 minutes to 1 hour

  2. Place the dough in a greased or parchment-lined bread pan

  3. Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes

  4. Cut after cooling and enjoy

Tips

  1. You can freeze the bread and reheat it in a hot pan with a sprinkle of water
