Peanut Butter Banana Bread

Ingredients

  • 3 heaped tbsp (50g) self raising flour
  • 3 tbsp (30g) any sugar or powdered sweetener
  • 1/3 (30g) overripe banana
  • 1 heaped tbsp (30g) peanut butter
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Preparation

  1. Mash the banana in a mug (you could microwave it for 30 seconds first to soften if it's hard).

  2. Put all of the ingredients into a bowl including the mashed banana.

  3. Mix with a spoon until smooth and creamy.

  4. Pour the mixture into a mug.

  5. Pop the mug in the microwave on high for 90 seconds (based on a 900W microwave).

  6. Remove from the mug with a knife, turn it out onto a plate and slice.

  7. Eat straight away.
