Gingerbread Mugcake in 90 Seconds
Ingredients
- 50g self raising flour (I use gluten free)
- 50g maple syrup (or dark brown sugar)
- 30g margarine (I use dairy free)
- 1 egg (or 60ml dairy free milk and 1tbsp lemon juice mixed together if vegan)
- 1 tsp ground ginger
Preparation
Put all of the ingredients into a large mug.
Stir until smooth and creamy.
Put it in a microwave and cook on high for 90 seconds.
Dust with icing sugar and optionally drizzle with maple syrup, golden syrup, toffee sauce, or custard.
Tips
One serving is large and can be shared if desired.
This recipe is easy to make and results in a super fluffy mugcake.
