Quick and Easy Yufka Pizza
Ingredients
- 2-day old yufka sheets (preferably use 3 for better thickness)
Toppings
- Green onions
- Red and green bell peppers
- Sucuk
- Kashar cheese
Sauce
- 2 grated tomatoes
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
- Oregano
- Salt (optional, omit if paste is salty)
Spread mixture
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
Preparation
Prepare the sauce by mixing grated tomatoes, tomato paste, vegetable oil, oregano, and salt if needed.
Make the spread mixture by combining vegetable oil and milk.
Layer the yufka sheets, brushing each with the spread mixture and adding some sauce and toppings between layers.
Bake in a preheated oven until the pizza is golden and crispy.
Tips
Using 3 yufka sheets provides better thickness and prevents the pizza from being too thin.
Adjust salt based on the saltiness of the tomato paste to avoid over-salting.
