Blender Ham and Cheese Pie
Ingredients
Batter
- 4 eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup oil
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- salt to taste
Filling
- 250g chopped cheese
- 250g chopped ham
- 3 tomatoes, finely diced
- 1 onion, finely diced
- oregano to taste
Preparation
Mix all the filling ingredients in a bowl and set aside
In a blender, blend all the batter ingredients until smooth
Pour half of the batter into a greased and floured baking dish
Add the entire filling and cover with the remaining batter
Bake in a preheated medium oven for 45 minutes or until golden
Remove from oven, let cool slightly and serve
