Quick Mini Pizzas with No Rising

Ingredients

  • One cup of self-raising flour
  • One teaspoon of salt
  • One teaspoon of garlic powder
  • One teaspoon of oregano
  • Half cup of shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Half cup of plain yogurt
  • Four tablespoons of Frutika pizza sauce

Preparation

  1. Combine the flour, salt, garlic powder, and oregano in a bowl. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese and plain yogurt and mix until combined.

  2. Knead just until integrated; it should not be too sticky. Form a log and divide the dough into eight equal parts. Form balls and stretch them with your hands.

  3. Grease a baking sheet and place the dough pieces on it. Brush with a little pizza sauce and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 10 minutes.

  4. You can use them immediately or freeze after cooling.
