Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Sriracha

Ingredients

  • 1 lb Brussels sprouts
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil
  • 3 tablespoons sriracha
  • Flaky salt to taste

Preparation

  1. Cut Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters.

  2. Boil them in water for a few minutes to soften and improve texture.

  3. Combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and sriracha in a bowl and mix well.

  4. Coat the boiled Brussels sprouts with the mixture.

  5. Place in the oven at 425°F for 20 minutes.

  6. After 10 minutes, toss them to ensure even roasting.

  7. Sprinkle with a bit of flaky salt and serve immediately.
