Roasted Brussels Sprouts with Maple Sriracha
Ingredients
- 1 lb Brussels sprouts
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons sriracha
- Flaky salt to taste
Preparation
Cut Brussels sprouts into halves or quarters.
Boil them in water for a few minutes to soften and improve texture.
Combine maple syrup, coconut oil, and sriracha in a bowl and mix well.
Coat the boiled Brussels sprouts with the mixture.
Place in the oven at 425°F for 20 minutes.
After 10 minutes, toss them to ensure even roasting.
Sprinkle with a bit of flaky salt and serve immediately.
