Simple Prepped Breakfast with Egg and Veggies

Ingredients

  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 sweet potato
  • tomatoes
  • zucchini

Preparation

  1. Boil the egg for 7 minutes and then transfer to an ice bath.

  2. Cut the sweet potato into cubes and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.

  3. Grill the tomatoes and zucchini on a cast iron grill.
