Simple Prepped Breakfast with Egg and Veggies
Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/2 sweet potato
- tomatoes
- zucchini
Preparation
Boil the egg for 7 minutes and then transfer to an ice bath.
Cut the sweet potato into cubes and bake at 400°F for 40 minutes.
Grill the tomatoes and zucchini on a cast iron grill.
