Soft Pillowy Chocolate Paleo Cookies
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup tahini
- 2 tbsp @eatnuttzo chocolate Paleo nut butter
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tbsp coconut cream
- Dash of Vanilla
- 1 flax egg
- 2 tbsp pumpkin protein or protein of choice
- 1/4 cup almond or @bobsredmill Paleo flour
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1-2 drops pure monk fruit or 1-2 tbsp maple syrup
- Dash Baking soda
- 2 oz extra dark Chocolate chunks
- Optional: maca or other adaptogens
Preparation
Mix all the wet ingredients in a food processor until creamy.
Transfer the mixture to a large mixing bowl and add the dry ingredients.
Blend everything to form a dough.
Spoon the dough onto a lined baking sheet.
Bake at 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes or until browned on the edges and soft on the inside.
