Double Chocolate Paleo Protein Bread
Ingredients
- 2 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
- 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
- 2 flax eggs
- 1/3 cup nut mylk
- 1 tbsp maple syrup (swap with monk fruit for no sugar)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2/3 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup hazelnut flour or use extra almond flour
- 1 scoop chocolate plant based protein powder
- 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
- 3 oz dark chocolate chunks
- Dash baking soda
- Dash sea salt
Preparation
Mix the wet ingredients.
Then add the dry ingredients and mix into batter.
Pour into a lightly oiled bread pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.
Option to top with melted chocolate.
