Double Chocolate Paleo Protein Bread

Ingredients

  • 2 tbsp vegan butter or coconut oil
  • 1/3 cup creamy almond butter
  • 2 flax eggs
  • 1/3 cup nut mylk
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup (swap with monk fruit for no sugar)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2/3 cup almond flour
  • 1/3 cup hazelnut flour or use extra almond flour
  • 1 scoop chocolate plant based protein powder
  • 2 tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 3 oz dark chocolate chunks
  • Dash baking soda
  • Dash sea salt

Preparation

  1. Mix the wet ingredients.

  2. Then add the dry ingredients and mix into batter.

  3. Pour into a lightly oiled bread pan and bake at 350 for 20-25 minutes.

  4. Option to top with melted chocolate.
