Sweet Potato Brownies with Almond Butter and Cacao

Ingredients

  • 3 mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 cup cacao powder
  • 2 tbsp flax powder mixed in water
  • Toasted coconut and toasted sliced almonds for garnish
  • 1 cup soaked pitted dates

Preparation

  1. Blend all ingredients together

  2. Pour into a pan

  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes

Tips

  1. The brownies do not taste like sweet potatoes and are hard to detect
