Sweet Potato Brownies with Almond Butter and Cacao
Ingredients
- 3 mashed sweet potatoes
- 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
- 1/2 cup cacao powder
- 2 tbsp flax powder mixed in water
- Toasted coconut and toasted sliced almonds for garnish
- 1 cup soaked pitted dates
Preparation
Blend all ingredients together
Pour into a pan
Bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes
Tips
The brownies do not taste like sweet potatoes and are hard to detect
Great for the whole family, including kids, with added nutrition from sweet potatoes
