Blueberry Fro Yo

Ingredients

  • 2 cups yogurt
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 3 tbs milk
  • 8 medjool dates, pitted (you can also use maple syrup as a sweetener)

Preparation

  1. Lend all the ingredients together in a food processor and pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper to prevent it from getting too messy

  2. I also added in freeze dried blueberries into the batter before popping it into the freezer for some chewy texture

  3. Freeze for about 4 hours and your fro yo will be ready to eat
