Blueberry Fro Yo
Ingredients
- 2 cups yogurt
- 1 cup blueberries
- 3 tbs milk
- 8 medjool dates, pitted (you can also use maple syrup as a sweetener)
Preparation
Lend all the ingredients together in a food processor and pour into a loaf pan lined with parchment paper to prevent it from getting too messy
I also added in freeze dried blueberries into the batter before popping it into the freezer for some chewy texture
Freeze for about 4 hours and your fro yo will be ready to eat
