Blueberry and Cinnamon Noatmeal
Ingredients
- 40g blueberries
- 10g walnuts
- Calories total 335 with 22g carbs
- 11g fibre
- 150ml skimmed milk
Preparation
I used 45g Noatmeal with 150ml skimmed milk and heated it slowly on the hob until it thickened
I like quite a runny porridge so I will try 200ml next time as it continues to thicken once off the heat
I topped it with 40g blueberries, 10g walnuts and a rather large dollop of maple and cinnamon skinny syrup (there's obviously a skill involved!). It tasted great, I will be trying the chocolate Noatmeal for sure
