Blueberry and Cinnamon Noatmeal

Ingredients

  • 40g blueberries
  • 10g walnuts
  • Calories total 335 with 22g carbs
  • 11g fibre
  • 150ml skimmed milk

Preparation

  1. I used 45g Noatmeal with 150ml skimmed milk and heated it slowly on the hob until it thickened

  2. I like quite a runny porridge so I will try 200ml next time as it continues to thicken once off the heat

  3. I topped it with 40g blueberries, 10g walnuts and a rather large dollop of maple and cinnamon skinny syrup (there's obviously a skill involved!). It tasted great, I will be trying the chocolate Noatmeal for sure
