Fresh Blueberry Doughnuts Straight

Ingredients

  • 120g self-raising flour
  • 3 tbsp sugar alternative (I used Truvia)
  • 120ml milk
  • 2 eggs
  • 4 tbsp olive oil
  • 100g blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 200C/fan 180C and lightly grease your doughnut baking tray with oil

  2. Whisk together all ingredients, except the blueberries, in a large bowl until you have a smooth batter, then fold through the blueberries

  3. Pour the mixture equally into the doughnut tray rings, then bake for 12 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and allow to cool completely
