Gingerbread Chia Seed Pudding
Ingredients
- 1 cup full-fat coconut milk
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1 tbsp molasses
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 tsp ginger
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp cloves
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch of salt
Preparation
Combine all ingredients in a blender.
Blend briefly on low to combine.
Pulse every 2-3 minutes until the chia seeds remain suspended.
Transfer to a jar and refrigerate for 1-2 hours before eating.
