Gratitude Coconut Bowls
Ingredients
- 375g chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
- 5x fresh garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
- 2 tsp cumin
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
- 1 tbsp tahini paste
- 1 tsp camu camu powder
- cayenne pepper
- chopped fresh harbs (parsley or coriander)
Preparation
In a high speed blender, place chickpeas, garlic, nutritional yeast, cumin powder, paprika, hemp seed oil, tahini, and camu camu powder
Blend until smooth
Pour in to a serving bowl, lightly drizzle hemp seed oil and top with fresh chopped herbs
Serve with chopped veggies of choice or crackers
