Gratitude Coconut Bowls

Ingredients

  • 375g chickpeas (drained and rinsed)
  • 5x fresh garlic cloves
  • 1 tbsp nutritional yeast
  • 2 tsp cumin
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tbsp hemp seed oil
  • 1 tbsp tahini paste
  • 1 tsp camu camu powder
  • cayenne pepper
  • chopped fresh harbs (parsley or coriander)

Preparation

  1. In a high speed blender, place chickpeas, garlic, nutritional yeast, cumin powder, paprika, hemp seed oil, tahini, and camu camu powder

  2. Blend until smooth

  3. Pour in to a serving bowl, lightly drizzle hemp seed oil and top with fresh chopped herbs

  4. Serve with chopped veggies of choice or crackers
