No-Bake Strawberry Souffle Dessert

Ingredients

  • 300g strawberries (or other berries, fresh or thawed frozen)
  • 20g gelatin
  • 200ml milk
  • 250g soft cottage cheese
  • Sugar to taste

Preparation

  1. Dissolve the quick-dissolving gelatin in milk (remove milk from refrigerator beforehand) and let it swell, then melt the swollen gelatin in the microwave until dissolved.

  2. In a bowl, combine soft cottage cheese, strawberries, add the melted gelatin, sugar to taste, and blend with an immersion blender until smooth.

  3. Distribute the mixture into molds and place in the freezer for 30 minutes until set.

Notes

  1. You can use any other berries instead of strawberries, and frozen berries should be thawed first.
