Spicy Mango Popsicles to Beat the Heat
Ingredients
- 1 cup Mango Puree
- 2 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tsp Black salt
- 1/4 cup Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Mint leaves
- 2 tsp Roasted cumin seeds
- 1/2 cup Water
Preparation
Add mint leaves, cumin seeds, maple syrup, water, and salt to a blender and blend together.
Drain the mixture through a sieve, remove the coarse part, and leave the liquid in a bowl.
Mix the liquid into the mango puree, blend again, and add lemon juice.
Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
