Spicy Mango Popsicles to Beat the Heat

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mango Puree
  • 2 tbsp Maple syrup
  • 1 tsp Black salt
  • 1/4 cup Lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup Mint leaves
  • 2 tsp Roasted cumin seeds
  • 1/2 cup Water

Preparation

  1. Add mint leaves, cumin seeds, maple syrup, water, and salt to a blender and blend together.

  2. Drain the mixture through a sieve, remove the coarse part, and leave the liquid in a bowl.

  3. Mix the liquid into the mango puree, blend again, and add lemon juice.

  4. Pour the mixture into popsicle molds and freeze for 4-5 hours.
