Refreshing Watermelon Blackberry Popsicles with Cumin Twist
Ingredients
- 2 cups seedless watermelon
- 1/2 cup blackberries
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- 1.5 tsp roasted and freshly ground cumin powder
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tsp rock salt
Preparation
Add watermelon, blackberries, maple syrup, and cumin powder to a blender and blend until smooth.
Pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer to remove pulp and seeds.
Add lemon juice and salt, then mix well. Adjust lemon or sweetener to taste preferences.
Fill popsicle molds with the mixture and freeze for one hour until partially frozen, then insert sticks and freeze for 5 to 6 hours until completely frozen.
