Vegan Matcha Cashew Mousse
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup coconut milk
- 1/2 cup green tea
- 1 tbsp matcha powder
- 1 cup cashews
- Squeeze of lemon
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
Preparation
Soak the cashews for a few hours.
Blend everything until smooth and store in fridge for about 1 hour.
Tips
The mousse will get creamier if left in the fridge for longer.
Soaking cashews and blending them can create a soft mousse-like texture similar to this recipe.
