Vegan Matcha Cashew Mousse

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut milk
  • 1/2 cup green tea
  • 1 tbsp matcha powder
  • 1 cup cashews
  • Squeeze of lemon
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup

Preparation

  1. Soak the cashews for a few hours.

  2. Blend everything until smooth and store in fridge for about 1 hour.

Tips

  1. The mousse will get creamier if left in the fridge for longer.
