Quick Method for Dry Beans

Ingredients

  • Desired amount of dry beans
  • Cold water for boiling
  • 2 glasses cold water or icy water

Preparation

  1. Put the desired amount of dry beans in a pot and boil in cold water for 15 minutes.

  2. Pour 2 glasses of cold water or icy water over the beans.

  3. Let it rest in the same water for 1 hour.

  4. Wash the beans a few times and drain.
