5-Ingredient Tuna Spinach Quiche

Ingredients

  • 750g frozen creamed spinach
  • 4 eggs
  • 200g sharp aged cheese
  • 224g tuna in water
  • 5 sheets savory tart dough

Preparation

  1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Lay out the savory tart dough sheets on the counter to thaw.

  2. Heat the frozen creamed spinach in a pan. Once it becomes liquid, add the drained tuna, 2 eggs, and half of the cheese.

  3. Line a tart pan with the tart dough. Pour the spinach mixture into it. Mix the remaining eggs with the rest of the cheese and spread it on top to form a crust.

  4. Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, or until everything is cooked.
