Easy Homemade Vegan Granola
Ingredients
- 3 cups gluten-free granola
- 1 cup chopped cashews and almonds
- 1 cup mixed seeds
- 1 cup raisins
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup coconut nectar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- a pinch of salt
Preparation
Preheat oven to 180°C
Mix all ingredients except raisins with the oil and nectar until evenly coated
Spread the mixture over a large lined baking tray
Bake for 10 minutes
Give the mixture a shuffle
Bake for a further 10 minutes
Allow to cool and add raisins
