Easy Homemade Vegan Granola

Ingredients

  • 3 cups gluten-free granola
  • 1 cup chopped cashews and almonds
  • 1 cup mixed seeds
  • 1 cup raisins
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 1/2 cup coconut nectar
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • a pinch of salt

Preparation

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C

  2. Mix all ingredients except raisins with the oil and nectar until evenly coated

  3. Spread the mixture over a large lined baking tray

  4. Bake for 10 minutes

  5. Give the mixture a shuffle

  6. Bake for a further 10 minutes

  7. Allow to cool and add raisins
