Easy Vegan Curry Chickpea Sandwich
Ingredients
- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 1 can (220g) chickpeas
- 1/4 cup (60g) tahini
- 1 tablespoon sriracha
- 1 teaspoon curry powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- salt to taste
- 1/2 lemon
- 1 tablespoon agave syrup or maple syrup
- parsley or cilantro (optional)
Preparation
Slightly mash the chickpeas.
Mix all ingredients together to combine.
Build the sandwich with your choice of bread and toppings.
